Rayner Launches New German Website for an Enhanced Customer Experience

Following on from the re-launch of Rayner’s global website www.rayner.com last year, Rayner is pleased to announce that it has completed the second phase of its website review project with the launch of a complete German translation of the company’s global site: www.rayner.com/de for a more enhanced customer experience. This new website compliments the recently launched German translation of Raytrace – Rayner’s Premium IOL calculator: https://www.raytrace.rayner.com/?locale=de


Primarily designed to assist surgeons in making well-informed decisions about the IOL which offers the best solution for their needs, the new German website goes beyond this function and also offers customers a rich and vast array of information about other relevant areas of the company including:

With digital media now such an essential part of our lives, customers are now expecting company websites not only to be fully responsive for mobile, but also offered in multiple languages as well. This is particularly relevant for Rayner, as its products are available in over 70 countries. The company website must therefore cater for a global, mobile audience.


In 2014, Rayner Intraocular Lenses Limited acquired Rayner Surgical GmbH, its exclusive distributor in Germany and Austria. The German version of the global site will replace the subsidiaries’ previous website for a more aligned visual identity between the two companies.


Rayner is now working on the company website in French, Spanish and Portuguese, as well as a dedicated US site.
